Help for the making up of annual accounts and tax or legal advisory services
From an accounting prospective, the question is to bring the organization that suit the best and which is able to fit an anticipated
evolution.
We widely use information systems and we emphasize on the fairness principle in relation to the development of national and international laws and accounting Standards.
From a tax prospective, our role is to advise the choice of less costly legal solutions, to have deadlines met and accepted ways
respected, so that our clients be able to take advantage of legal clauses aimed at sheltering good faith tax
payers.
From a legal prospective, we see to the consistency of legal instruments drawn up by specialists with entries and we keep businessmen informed about multiple aspects of social laws in use.
In some cases the matter is, as an advisor, to take the place of General Secretary which does not exist in medium-sized
firms.
From a penal prospective, our purpose is to avoid businessmen from taking decisions which might lead them to awkward position, most often because they do not know legal literature.
Help for management, administrative and system organization
Once accounting issues have been
addressed, we may tackle help for management from information given by
accounting. Indeed, it requires the accountant to be in a position to provide a set of monetary and physical disclosures which is reliable and which constitutes a good
reference.
As a consequence, management's optimization stems from an audit of the existing information system and its possible adaptation to the firm's
needs, in order to make up information about the firm evolution quickly, evenly and often
available.
Another aspect of management help is to draw up, with management, an operating budget and a financial budget which are to be used as a reference basis for supervision of operating from budgeted
statements.
We do not just recommend solutions, we help clients to implement them.
